Application for Thai Entrepreneur Program
Introduction
Eligibility Criteria
- Non-Thai national;
- Over the age of 18;
- No criminal and immigration conviction record in Thailand.
Advantages
- VIP access upon arrival and departure at Thailand;
- Thai tax is only levied on (i) Thai sourced incomes, and (ii) offshore incomes remitted to Thailand within the same financial year;
- No minimum length period of residency record;
- Eligibility to obtain a Thai TIN.
Requirements
- Client is required to visit Thailand once at the beginning for bank account opening;
- Client should remit at least 320,000 THB into Thailand every year to maintain the status.
Our program includes:
Thai Elite Membership
The membership includes airport service, departure – arrival lounge, short haul transfer service, member contact center and government concierges. Collection of Thai Elite Visa can be either at local Thai consulate or upon arrival in Bangkok at the airport.
Thai TIN
Thai tax is only subject to Thai sourced incomes, and offshore incomes remitted to Thailand within the same financial year. All offshore incomes are tax exempted under Thai Tax Law.
Thai Bank Account
A personal bank account will be opened upon client arrival in Thailand in person.
Local Residential Unit Sourcing
Our package includes assisting in renting / acquiring a residential unit for domicile.

Thai Elite VISA Application
- Thai Elite Visa for 5 years (not including renewal)
- Service fee for application for Thai Elite Visa (one off)
